Stand up straight - the benefits of good posture in a funny TED-Ed lesson

Since I was little my parents always took care that my sister and I had a good posture. I didn't understand why they were insisting on it but at some point I realized that people who stand up straight look better. So I wanted to look like that. Now I also know the benefits of a good posture. Check out this video that explains it.
